Plot 1

1,396 m² · 3,500,000 THB

Next to the entrance, this long plot has an 80 m border with the internal walkway — room to build several houses. On one side, an unobstructed view of the lake and island; on the other, mountains and forest. Jamjuree (rain trees) are planted for future shade.

Plot 2a

1,070 m² · 2,500,000 THB · entry plot

Plot 3

2,056 m² · 5,000,000 THB

Mountain view behind; in front, direct view and access to the island with the waterfall and sala. The soil is very rich and fertile, with table water year-round — an excellent plot for a garden.

Plot 6

2,824 m² · 7,000,000 THB · largest remaining plot

Direct view and access to the chapel island. At the back, forest and Khao Kling mountain. On this plot sits a magic square (geobiology) — the same type of pattern found at many energetic sites such as cathedrals, churches, and temples.

Plot 9

Direct access to the chapel island via a small bridge, with mountain views behind. Forest at the rear; side views toward Khao Kling mountain. Decorative and valuable trees and plants have been planted throughout.

Plot 16

2,164 m² · 5,400,000 THB

Next to the entrance. Mountain fields at the back; lake at the front. The landscape is well developed with flowers and trees. This is the only plot where grass is maintained year-round (watering in the hot season) — a benchmark for garden water consumption. On other plots, natural grass is present about ten months of the year.

Plot sizes — room to build and grow

Plots were designed to cover every need between 1,000 and 2,800 m² — enough for a large house, swimming pool, tropical garden, and space to grow your own vegetables and fruit.

What affects price

Plot price reflects size (1,070–2,824 m²), position, and views. All plots include access to more than 12 rai of common green space, the private lake, walkways, and shared infrastructure. Residential use only — no commercial development.

What makes NHVK different

Natural Healthy Village was designed for self-sustainability, low density, and living comfort without compromise. Many traditional developments offer only ~800 m² per plot and the minimum common area required by law (~5%). At NHVK, every owner shares access to more than 12 rai of lakes, walkways, and green space — a fundamentally different proposition.

Title and tenure

All plots hold Chanote title deeds (the highest land security in Thailand). Thai nationals may purchase freehold. Foreign nationals may register a 30-year renewable lease.
